Collection
Orders are available to collect from dede Cellar & Pantry by the harbour in Baltimore, Co. Cork. We’ll email you when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation and, for any alcohol, valid photo ID showing you are 18 or over.
Delivery
Where delivery is offered, available areas, timings and any charges are shown at checkout. Someone aged 18 or over must be present to receive any alcohol and may be asked for valid photo ID; if age cannot be verified, the alcohol will not be left.
Your right to cancel
Under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013, you generally have 14 days to cancel an online order without giving a reason. Some items are excepted from this right, including perishable goods and sealed goods that are not suitable for return once unsealed for health or hygiene reasons. Alcoholic drinks whose price depends on market fluctuations, and any goods unsealed after delivery, may also be excepted. Nothing here affects your rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods.
How to return an item
To exercise a right to cancel or to return an eligible item, contact us at info@customshousebaltimore.com within the cancellation period. Eligible goods should be returned unused and, where applicable, unopened and in their original condition. We’ll tell you where to send them; return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and checked the returned goods (or, for cancellations, without undue delay and within 14 days), we’ll refund the price paid using your original payment method. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items we’ll also refund return costs.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us promptly with your order number and a photo, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
