Gamay made by Jean-Claude Chanudet, known as Le Chat, with Marie Lapierre. Whole bunches and carbonic maceration give bright cherry and cranberry over a light body.
Pairs with — Charcuterie, roast chicken, grilled vegetables or a young goat’s cheese.
