A solera-aged sweet wine from the near-forgotten Sungurlu grape, made by Yaban Kolektif at Heraki in central Anatolia. Dried apricot, walnut and orange marmalade over a rich, nutty, gently oxidative palate with real length.
Pairs with Blue cheese, walnuts and honey, or a simple almond tart.
